We offer guaranteed delivery at certain delivery speeds and on certain products.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Items offered on our website are available for delivery to all the provinces of TurkeyWe also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in EU, USA, UAE, and Asia.  Any shipments outside of the mentionet locations are not available at this time.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Do you do international shipping?

  • We have partnered with UPS, our cargo delivery service. We deliver our products to customers all over the world. We ship to EU, US, Asia and more!

When will my purchased product be delivered?

  • The products you order are delivered within the delivery time specified on the product detail page. You can also check the delivery date of the products you ordered from the “My Orders” tab in the “My Account” section.
  • The cargo company will notify you via SMS that the order has been delivered.
  • After your product is shipped, you can follow its progress by clicking on the “Shipping” link under the “My Orders” option in the “My Account” section.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is not free. All fees and prices are displayed on the app’s checkout page. The delivery price is determined by the order’s delivery location.

Can I change my order’s address or recipient name?

Before your order leaves the logistics center, you can change the delivery address of your order by contacting Garanti Express Shop customer service representatives. If your order is marked as “Delivered to Cargo”, only the courier companies can change the recipient or address. There are two ways to submit a change request. Shop I was not at my address when my order was delivered.

  • If you are not at home, the courier leaves a note advising you to pick up your package from your branch.
  • If your order is not received from the specified branch within 3 days, it will be sent back to the Garanti Express Shop order fulfillment center. If you want the cargo to be returned to Garanti Express Shop and transported again, contact us at customer-support@gr-express.shop.
